Bell in Fort Worth, TX has an opening for a Brand Ambassador Leader.
We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador Leader to manage our dedicated and passionate team that represents Bell’s brand to visitors, distinguished guests, employees and community partners as they enter the Bell facility.
This position requires excellent customer service, meeting facilitation, time management, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills. The Leader will work closely with other employees on the Brand Experience, Communications, and Employee Experience teams and will report to the Manager of Brand Experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Train the brand ambassador team to facilitate all guest and employee interactions with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality to ensure we are creating exceptional experiences
Coordinate with security team to ensure the ambassadors are properly trained to verify identification documentation and issue visitor badges
Create and document standard operating procedures and expectations for the brand ambassador position
Monitor and manage the performance for all brand ambassadors across all Bell sites
Maintain and update brand ambassador schedules, calendars, and agendas
Partner with communications, HR, facilities and other teams throughout the business to deliver a superior brand experience
Acts as an extension of the Brand Experience team to support VIP, community partners, and distinguished guest visits as needed
Assist brand experience ambassadors with tasks during high volume periods
Project energy and enthusiasm to create an inviting atmosphere for all visitors and employees
Provide useful guest-related information, including company procedures, facility and event information, transportation and airport assistance
Support the HR Onboarding Team and Security to create an organized, welcoming environment as new hires arrive for their first day (ie. maintaining order in lobby, directing visitor foot traffic, provide helpful information (as provided) to new hires such as facility maps, welcome gifts and contact information)
