Total Rewards Operations Senior Analyst
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for executing Brown-Forman’s Compensation and Performance Management processes and will have accountability for process accuracy. The role will liaise with the HRIT team and Total Rewards Business Partners (TRBP), ensuring the vision for the HR organization is supported by its information technology platforms and the processes established are efficient and support core HR responsibilities.

Meaningful Work From Day One
This role is responsible for executing Brown-Forman’s Compensation and Performance Management processes and will have accountability for process accuracy. The role will liaise with the HRIT team and Total Rewards Business Partners (TRBP), ensuring the vision for the HR organization is supported by its information technology platforms and the processes established are efficient and support core HR responsibilities.
You will make a difference by (and be challenged by)
● Initiate and support global Workday annual business processes and workflow for Compensation and Performance Management; Support employees and managers in their Workday process responsibilities.
● Lead/support global Workday Compensation and Performance business process design and reporting evolution, driving for efficiency and effectiveness.
● Assist/Lead in the administration of the broader Compensation global year-end process, including salary and short-term incentive planning.
● Coordinate with HRIT to implement changes in Workday and execute necessary User Acceptance testing (UAT).
● Coordinate ongoing project and change management communications and resources.
● Run/schedule delivered reports aligned with business needs
● Prepare statistical analysis, metrics, modeling, and/or dashboards to support business communications and reviews.
● Learn new Workday functionality and become a subject matter expert.
● Partner with vendors to ensure maximum service delivery and quality. Lead new vendor integrations.
● Partner with TRBPs and HRBPs in projects and processes with operational components, delivering guidance and technical support.
● Work on various special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What You Can Add to the Team
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent)
Experience: 7-10 years Compensation or Total Rewards experience with 3-5 years in HR systems
