Basic Job Functions:
- Accurately invoice and bill TrueCore internal and external customers.
- Perform all credit and collections tasks in the most efficient manner.
- Research and resolve all billing discrepancies.
- Complete month end intercompany reporting related to sales and inventory.
- Coordinate document retention and all responses to internal and external audits and Corporate Reports.
- File all sales and use tax returns timely and reconcile to the general ledger.
- Assist departments needing financial information.
- Assist with the coordination of closing the books each fiscal month-end.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Payroll as needed in resolving problems and ensuring accurate recording and reporting of information.
- Locate and analyze anomalies in the financial statements, NetSuite.
- Prepare spreadsheet analyses and reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Other duties as assigned by the Controller or Senior Accountant.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong computer proficiencies in Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA preferred.
- Accounting experience in manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Based ERP System a plus
