As the Senior Manager, Marketing and Business Strategy you will be part of the fast-growing System Verification business unit of Cadence Design Systems. On daily basis, you will closely partner with a group of highly impactful Product Management, Marketing and Business Development executives and leaders to drive various initiatives. You will internalize the overall corporate strategy and help us take that vision to the next level as we grow. You will produce executive-level (C-suite/SVP/VP) external communication content, keynote presentations, whitepapers, articles, blogs for the business unit/individual products. Through your work, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear visual narratives.
In addition to driving creative services initiatives mentioned above, you will also be driving other engagements in below mentioned four areas: (i) deliver strategic projects including market sizing, defining vertical/segment strategy, insights-driven sales growth, GTM plans (ii) orchestrating outbound marketing events (ex: Cadence LIVE), webinars, product launches (iii) engaging/growing community through social media channels (iv) managing digital marketing strategies for outbound messaging and lead generation using various marketing platforms. In order to be credible, you will gain product level understanding and use that as a foundation in driving all insights-driven initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
- Master’s in Design/Engineering/Digital Marketing/Advertising
- 7+ years of experience working with executive leadership; Creating corporate keynotes for C-suite/SVP/VP-level and outbound communication/messaging is essential
- Samples required for an outstanding portfolio showcasing strong visual design and storyboarding
- Experience in EDA/Semiconductor/Software/High-Tech and B2B companies
- Command over Microsoft Office and Adobe applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong at hypothesis driven problem solving, creative thinker, storyboarding, layered communication for written and oral English
- Able to manage multiple projects from inception to closure independently
- Strong balance of quantitative and analytical skills
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Management Consulting (MBB, Big 4) serving Tech clients, business/corporate strategy
- Experience with marketing campaign platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua
- Automate customer acquisition campaigns, manage and generate leads cost-effectively using statistical analysis
