BigData Products Sales manager

What to do:

Analysis of the market and customer needs, search for growth zones and planning tactics based on it;

Improving the efficiency of sales processes, participating in the development and implementation of effective methods of attracting customers;

Fulfillment of a personal sales plan.

Lead generation, search and attraction of new customers for the implementation of Big Data products;

Analysis and development of the client base;

Negotiating, building effective interaction, personal relationships with key Customers,

Identifying and shaping the needs of the Customer;

Improvement, delivering value proposition to customers;

Maintenance of the full sales cycle, including identifying business needs, selecting the optimal product solution, building relationships with contact persons, meeting with customers and presenting the benefits of the company’s products, preparing a commercial proposal, agreeing on financial and other terms of the contract, administering the processes of concluding a deal;

Maintaining a CRM system;

Participation in identifying and communicating customer needs to the product team.

Our candidate:

Understanding of sales / purchase models for complex complex products;

Knowledge of the IT market, SaaS systems, the ability to quickly understand new technologies;

Work experience as a manager / lead sales manager at least 3 years;

Experience in sales to corporate clients (B2B);

Experience in successful search and support of large clients;

Experience in Cloud, Big Data, SaaS sales is a plus;

Having your own customer base and contacts in FMCG is encouraged;

Skills of making cold calls, working with objections, contacting decision makers / LPRs;

Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work in a team, result orientation;

Creative thinking, ability to resolve non-standard situations;

Ability to prioritize and focus on the essentials.
