What to do:

Ensure the provision of high-quality IT services and quality control of IT services;

Conclude SLA, OLA; Working with Business Customers;

Ensure compliance with the Company’s standards when making changes and transferring solutions to operation;

Organize the process of transferring IT projects in support and the introduction of IT services;

Manage a portfolio of services;

Formulate the expectations of the Business customer in terms of the composition, quantity and quality of IT services;

Provide high-quality customer support at any time;

Configure the interaction of various teams to work in support of services;

Solve non-standard tasks while working on services;

Our candidate:

Experience of at least 2 years in the field of service management, IT projects;

Knowledge of building IT systems;

ITIL, ITSM
