What to do:
Estimation of terms of development and implementation of IT systems and implementation of changes in IT systems based on customer requirements;
Development \ customization of software, elimination of comments in software based on the results of testing and operation of IT systems;
Engineering design, modeling and development of technical specifications for changes in IT systems;
Setting and monitoring the implementation of tasks for contractors within the framework of architectural supervision;
Formation of technical and user documentation for the implemented IT systems and implemented changes; in case of implementation by the contractor – acceptance of technical and user documentation;
Submitting implemented changes to support.
Analysis of information on problems and accidents identified in the operation of corporate IT systems, the formation of workarounds, as well as instructions for the implementation of workarounds for employees providing support on the 2nd line.
Our candidate:
Experience with OpenText and Archive Server is important!
Knowledge of the SAP xECM by OpenText platform (including OpenText Content Server, OpenText Archive Server, OpenText Directory Server Services, OpenText Enterprise Library Services, Document Pipeline, OpenText Enterprise Scan);
Knowledge of languages: SQL, HTML, java script.
Knowledge of software:
Microsoft Office package: Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint;
OS: MS Windows XP – 8;
