Opportunity for a motivated credit controller to work in a fast paced environment.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Effectively communicate with customers, in order to obtain payment and resolve any issues within the trading terms, whilst maintaining goodwill.
- Work effectively with outsourced level 1 collectors to resolve any queries on accounts.
- Assist in processing credit card payments.
- Liaise effectively with Internal Business Mangers and other staff in the organisation on account matters.
- Reconciliations of debtor’s accounts.
- Maintaining integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reports.
- Adhoc duties as required.
- Be compliant to all SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures.
- At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
Qualifications
- Ability to use Oracle AR and Advance Collection modules.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Strong collection experience.
- High level of interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Provide effective advice to all staff as it relates to activities associated with this role.
- Ability to meet business demands, deadlines, and time frames as they arise.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Good Negotiation Skills.
- Attention to Detail is a must.
