Markem-Imaje is looking for a hands-on, people and result-oriented HR Payroll Specialist (m/f), ready to take a new challenge in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for all HR processes in support of our organization UK and other EMEA Locations.
You will have the opportunity to develop your professional career working directly in close collaboration with the HR Team across Europe and more specifically the HRBP for the UK.
What you will do:
Responsible for the management, review and monitoring of payroll activities working closely with external providers ensuring the highest level of compliance.
Managing all HR administrative activities: employee documentation, health and safety records, data collection, invoices, etc.
Maintain and update the different HR IT tools.
Support the on-boarding / Off – boarding process of employees by ensuring that all administrative information is accurate and timely.
Providing general support to other HR department activities.
What you need to have:
3 years’ experience in payroll management as a payroll technician, focused on UK other EMEA countries will be useful
Good knowledge of Excel
Ability to plan and organize
High capacity to adapt to dynamic and changing environments
Flexible professional, used to working under pressure and with a high volume of payroll
Must be detail-oriented, meet deadlines, analytical and with problem-solving skills
Autonomous person, with high proactivity and initiative
