Major responsibilities:
• Pick inventory items to support internal / external customer orders
• Pack customer orders for domestic and international air, ground, and ocean shipment
• Procurement and delivery of parts within the Manufacturing area
• Ensure proper and accurate accounting of all receipts and inventories and reconcile, as necessary
• Ensure all available orders are shipped / delivered based on daily basis scheduled.
• Identify, register and inform immediate leader any kind of non-conformity in the material received or in handling process.
• Committed to performing job duties with safety & quality in mind, as well as, execute housekeeping in your daily activities to have a consistently manufacturing well-being environment
• Operates forklift to load and unload delivery trucks and other warehouse duties making sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order
• Understanding of delivery and shipping documents, i.e. pick list, packing list, bill of lading and making sure matches material
• Assists Material Team Captain in performing location audits and cycle counts, as required
• Exercise independent judgment while maintaining constant communication with immediate leader to resolve receipt issues
Qualifications / Requirements:
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail
• +2 years of experience operating stand-up, sit-down forklifts
• +3 years of experience in picking, packing, receiving, warehouse &/or shipping
• PC knowledge required and ERP system knowledge a plus
• Hazardous Materials Experience, preferred
• Commercial Drivers License, preferred
• Reach (turret) forklifts experience, preferred
