SAP SD Business Analyst

You are a confirmed Business Analyst in SAP SD and Customer Care. You have a successful experience in deploying SAP solutions. You are passionate about business processes, analysis of needs and the implementation of changes.

 

In this role you’ll be within the Information Systems Department at Markem-Imaje, which supports the Group in the adoption of new creative, innovative and ambitious solutions to meet the strategic challenges of tomorrow, you will work in a cross-disciplinary Applications Team of thirty people.

 

In a SAP ECC environment deployed in 30 countries with 2500 users, you are responsible for deploying new features in SAP SD that is highly integrated with our SAP Core Model (SAP CS / MM / FI-CO …) across different companies Markem-Imaje, as well as provide user support activities.

 

You are customer oriented, concerned to improve our processes, communicative and with an excellent level of active listening.

You should possess…

•Graduation in Engineering or Business Management
•5+ Years of SAP SD Experience in multicultural environments .
•Knowledge of SAP configuration, EDI flows,
•Good business understanding of a Sales operation (Order entry, shipping and invoicing)
•Experience in project management,
•SAP Localization Knowledge in SAM area will be an added advantage.
•Spanish speaking is a plus.

 

Principal activities:

• Assist our business process owner to describe their operational needs on the management of customer care processes (Order, delivery, invoice), contracts, EDI interface with 3PL, price management in an international environment,
•Lead evolution projects: Blueprint, SAP customizing, developments follow-up, integration tests, user training, post-production support and also lead service providers team, all this according to schedule and defined governance,
•Manage user support activities.
