Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for research on insurance technology, digital transformation, and product innovation trends, conduct preliminary investigations and data collection on potential innovation hot issues, and write project feasibility reports;
2. Responsible for information collection, and lead the organization of internal part-time researchers according to business needs Establish an innovation project team with external experts;
3. Responsible for promoting specific projects undertaken by the innovation laboratory and completing project tasks such as innovative insurance products or insurtech-related research and development;
4. Assisting in the development and organization of the company’s internal platforms and tools Internal and external experts communicate, connect with technology companies, and achieve internal and external linkage;
5. Participate in the analysis and formation of the company’s internal business system;
6. Promote the daily operation of the laboratory and other management tasks;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications:
1. Full-time master’s degree or above;
2. Computer, mathematics, statistics, economics, insurance-related majors;
3. 3-5 years of relevant job experience, with insurance technology or financial technology related experience preferred;
4 1. Full of enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology, and actively explore the application of new technologies such as big data and AI in the insurance industry;
5. Strong analytical skills, communication skills, teamwork skills and innovative thinking.
