Your tasks:
- analysis of medical complaints regarding the compliance of provided health services with the current medical knowledge and medical law
- issuing medical opinions on complaints about diagnostic tests and medical activities
- reporting results and recommending changes to improve the quality of services provided
- cooperation with other teams in creating ranges of medical services for insurance and subscription products
- responsibility for a dictionary of preparations for diagnostic tests
- cooperation with other teams in the development of medical procedures and guidelines
We are waiting for you if:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar job position
- higher education (preferred fields: medicine, law)
- good knowledge of the law and court case law relating to loss adjustment
- accuracy and insight
- ability to work under time pressure
- communicativeness and teamwork skills
