Fund Services Business Development Director (Location: United States)

As the Director of Fund Services Business Development for CSC U.S., you will have opportunities to represent the company within our Fund Services offerings and other service verticals while demonstrating your own knowledge, leadership, expertise and customer service skills within these services.
Business Development and Sales Responsibilities
• Initiate commercial/sales plan with key objectives and metrics to build and manage a portfolio of domestic and international clients with fund, investment, corporate, and trust structures
• Design and execute commercial strategies that leverage CSC’s Fund Services capabilities and competitive advantages within alternative services industry
• Generate new business by leveraging off existing industry contacts, identifying potential prospects, acquiring new clients, and growing client relationships
• Create brand awareness and other marketing initiatives such as event participation and ongoing support of business initiatives
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
• Provide practical business advisory on market entry strategies, company formation, tax compliance and any other international expansion related issues for our clients
• Drive new business by driving marketing efforts and becoming an ambassadors of CSC, resulting in client wins
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships as well as cultivating a strong referral network
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless on boarding process while liaising between client and CSC team to ensure responsive and high-quality customer service
• Coordinate the completion of RFPs and new business initiatives
• Identify M&A targets and assist in the evaluation and integration of acquisitions
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in business development, relationship management, or Sales & Marketing role gained through fund service providers, law firms, CPA firms or any similar professional services industry is required
• Degree in Business, Economics, Communication, or other relevant disciplines
• Established network and connections in fund services and similar industry is required
• Extensive knowledge of fund services industry is required
• Strong understanding and knowledge of alternative investment vehicles, corporate trust, loan & agency is highly desired
• Strong presentation with excellent planning & organizational skills
• Service orientated individual who is highly motivated, proactive, strategic, with mature analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
