Change Management Project Team Leader
Wilmington, DE
CSC’s Change and Project Management team is seeking a leader to join a team of individuals who are responsible for managing organizational change and projects.
Here’s a very short list of things we do for customers who by the way run the gambit from small business owners to Fortune 500 companies and Top law firms:
- We help customers form companies – we also help them merge and dissolve companies
- We file annual reports, business licenses, and help them pay their taxes
- We answer questions about their invoices
- We are the experts on UCC filings
- We accept service of process on their behalf
- We maintain their entities and compliance portfolios
It would be awesome to find someone who has:
- a passion for customer service
- a proven track record of leading change and project management, 5+ years
- experience leading others in change and project management
- ability to assess issues and solve creatively
- the wherewithal to roll up their sleeves, understand the process, and “think on their feet”
- the ability to change direction when things aren’t working
- the ability to collaborate with others and keep multiple teams in synch
It would be even more awesome if that someone:
- Change Management or Project Management certification
