Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
As a Customer Service Mailroom Specialist, you will work in our mailroom receiving and delivering various types of mail. Driving to and from the post office as needed. Prior mail operation or other related experience is a plus.
What you’ll do for us:
• Equipment operation (i.e. folder/inserters, mail meter machines, etc…)
• Receiving and delivering various types of mail, including packages
• Routing documents to different people within teams
• Supply tracking – office and janitorial supplies
• Moving furniture/systems set up/trouble shoot copiers
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire work schedule
• Lifting requirement of up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sort alphabetically and numerically and possess a customer focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
• Ability to work well with a team
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal or external clients
• Ability to think quickly and resolve problems
