Customer Onboarding Specilaist
Wilmington, DE
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Focused on/Responsible for onboardings that are coming from sales to service, along with internal request for the change of agent and annual report processes in onboarding. Retrieving information from cases in Salesforce for review and reaching out for missing or conflicting information. Working with sales, customers, and other teams within the company to successfully and seamlessly transition into CSC as a new customer or additional units to their existing portfolio.
Responsibilities:
· Review Salesforce Case(s)
· Act as a project Coordinator/case owner within salesforce
· Interacting with customers via phone and email
· Communicate project status to customer, sales, account management and other onboarding teams
· Understand onboarding workflow
· Run Business Objects Report for Annual Report audit
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries over the phone or electronically
· Ability to do regular customer out reach out outstanding items
· Participate within the team in workgroups and process improvement
