General informations

Within the Production Management Unit, you act as the link between the end customer (production unit) and suppliers (operational purchases, inter-plant or internal production units of elementary parts) via the Production Managers. ‘Appro, for the expression of needs and the response to those needs.

This link is divided into 3 axes:
1. You guarantee to suppliers (operational purchases, inter-factory or internal production units of elementary parts) the stability of needs over time for a given horizon.
2. You follow and ensure the two-way communication between the customer (production units) and the suppliers on the deviations from the nominal of the Supply-Chain resource (the components), in particular, by participating in the PDE.
3. You contribute to the Continuous Improvement process and the QR flow to ensure that a hazard or a deviation or a malfunction in the process does not become recurrent. You are also the guarantor of the D of the SQCDP of all the components of the UP and the updating of the key performance indicators of its function.

You will also be the intermediary between the physical logistics and the production unit, all in order to ultimately guarantee the complete service ‘by hand of the companion’ (the right product, in the right place, at the right time).

 
You have proven experience in the field of production management. The practice of one or more computer-aided production management software is an asset. You will have to understand the manufacturing methods and the nomenclature of the items to be planned. You must have a good knowledge of business standards in order to respect them. You know how to adapt and should demonstrate autonomy once you have acquired the specific processes of the Company. You will have to show rigor, a good ability to communicate / exchange and have a spirit of synthesis. You must practice one or more Computer Assisted Production Management tools (SAP would be a plus,…) and use standard office automation tools (Excel, messaging) and queries.
