The General Directorate of Military Support ensures the implementation and maintenance of military aircraft and their environment with personalized support for each client.
Within the Logistics France section of the Operational Logistics department of the General Directorate of Military Support (DGSM), you ensure the logistics management of Rafale spares in order to allow compliance with the availability commitments of the MCO RAVEL contract.
Your main missions are as follows:
• Manage the logistics chain to ensure that base stocks are sufficient to meet our contractual commitments,
• Process alerts generated by the forecasting / anticipation tool,
• Analyze and launch specific needs for consumables in ERP / SAP,
• Coordinate material transfers to our customers’ bases,
• Follow our deliveries to Base in conjunction with our logistics provider and ensure the proper handling of materials at destination in conjunction with our representatives: Correspondent Logistics On Base (CLSB),
• Analyze the global logistics chain (resolution of dysfunctions, improvement of procedures),
• Participate in contract progress meetings and monitor the actions launched for any problem reported by our CLSBs.
You will work in collaboration with various internal interlocutors of the General Directorate of Military and External Support (DMAé; Daher).
One-off trips are to be expected at the Landivisiau bases in: Saint-Dizier, Mont-De-Marsan, Mérignac and Daher Montrichard.

Required profile
With a Bac + 5 training, you have a professional experience of ten years, preferably in the field of support and have knowledge of logistics professions.
You master office tools (good knowledge of Excel is required and knowledge of Access desired).
You have good written and oral communication in both French and English (minimum B2 CERL level).
You appreciate teamwork and have great interpersonal skills
