THE ROLE

The Integrated campaign manager role is a senior member of the marketing team and is responsible for the design and delivery of a program of integrated marketing campaigns across paid channels. You will leverage superior ATL creative and media skills, strong campaign planning and management experience and be an expert in stakeholder management – both internally and externally – to achieve strategic and tactical customer and business outcomes.

More about the role:

  • Design and deliver program of integrated marketing campaigns across paid channels to achieve strategic and tactical marketing objectives
  • Brief media and creative agencies to develop compelling campaign platforms based on customer insights and strategy
  • Contribute to the evolution of our brand, product and conversion-level creative platforms
  • Run/contribute to Go to Market forums, ensuring the wider business is briefed on new campaigns and marketing activities
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing team to support the expansion and optimisation of digital marketing channels including creative development and spend allocation for always-on programs
  • Leverage owned marketing channel to deliver stand-alone and integrated marketing messages to enhance CX and accelerate growth in customer share and value
  • Input to the marketing technology roadmap including an overall strategic vision for a connected customer experience through a customer journey and lifecycle lens

More about you:

  • Degree qualified (marketing, business, communications or finance-related disciplines)
  • Minimum of 10 years marketing and communications experience including integrated campaign roles
  • Creative platform development and evolution
  • Strategic media planning, tracking and optimisation
  • Experience in large-scale matrix organisations
  • Strong virtual team leadership
  • Skilled at developing strong, insight-led creative executions – balanced with high levels of numeracy and analytical thinking
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels and delivery of connected campaigns across paid and owned channels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think laterally to help
