Role description:

For our Sales and Aftersales department, we are looking for a Sales and Aftersales Analyst who will support the management of UK’s key performance dealer network in line with the objectives set by Ferrari headquarter and the management of enquires ensuring campaigns and action plan to develop the network are actioned and followed up.
As Sales and Aftersales Analyst you will ensure dealers are compliant with Ferrari operating standards at all times, key focus on online presence, collect and analyze key datas of relevant Sales and Marketing KPIs based on the Ferrari Dealer scorecard and support in preparing on a regular basis management review presentations for internal meetings and for dealer review meetings.
You will support the creation of ad-hoc reports to review network performance on both sales and aftersales, with key focus on Customer Centric Project optimal usage and ongoing understanding from the network.
An important part of your job will be the identification of business opportunities and evaluating best practice initiatives within the UK and the contribution in creation and rollout of marketing campaigns and initiatives to ensure effectiveness of their delivery and monitor their effectiveness via specific KPIs.
Also part of your responsibility will be the support marketing in driving regional and dealer based activities and events.
Required profile:
In order to succeed in this challenging commercial role, you will have Bachelor degree or above in business, marketing, finance or related fields and at least 6 months or 1 year of working experience, ideally in a multinational company.
Ideally, you should have a very positive approach and good understanding of commercial and relevant operations, as well as strong administration background.
In Ferrari we can expect you to be a team player with a collaborative approach to assist administrative functions, detail-oriented with a proven ability to build strong dealer relationships in a professional manner.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with strong presentation skills as well as perfect command of Microsoft Office are mandatory.
Willing to travel when necessary for business need and fluent English is required.
