About the role
Due to outstanding growth achieved in recent years we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer, based in our Mount Waverley office.
Reporting to the Design Lead, your key responsibilities will involve:
Manage and maintain Marketing Portals (Image library).
Work collaboratively in a team environment with existing agency partners, and design agencies to ensure consistency and alignment of design outputs.
Design and develop online and offline visual communication assets ranging from corporate collateral and other marketing materials e.g website content, on-line newsletters, eDM design development, internal communications, to in store communications such as product brochures, flyers.
Ability to develop designs across the respective formats and styles that are in line with the respective distribution channels.eg Social, eDMs, POS etc.
Produce print media including but not limited to POS, catalogues, product support collateral.
Present finalised ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders.
Proof read all work to produce accurate and high-quality work.

About you
Relevant qualification in Visual Communication / Graphic Design
A great team player with clear communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities
High proficiency in InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop
Creative and imaginative
Understanding of colour and form with the ability to follow brand guidelines
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Understand social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube)
Experienced in Graphic Design of 3 to 5 years
Project Management
Photography experience (Lifestyle photography experience – folio representation ideal, and for social media)
Desirable: Exact target email templates, Photography Retouching, Experienced with Videography
