We have a unique opportunity to join the business in a newly created position as an experience Account Manager within the OPE team. Working across a great range of brands, the objective of this role is to support the strategic Bunnings relationship by establishing a position of influence and trust in order to exceed sales revenue targets and grow market share across portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Account OPE your key responsibilities will include:
Manage and drive product forecasting and planning across portfolio with supply chain teams.
Manage the TTI sales, margin, pricing, and promotional plans to deliver financial objectives.
Manage and reporting for customer KPI’s (Sales, Margin, Stock, GMROI).
Maintain a detailed awareness of relevant market trends.
Pitch sales presentations to potential customers including sales and data information, category strategies and insights.
Manage all pricing adjustments internal / external and complete.
Manage Bunnings Catalogue depictions based on focus products, SOH availability and marketing activities.
Provide support and assist in TTI event, and Bunnings events (launch events, road shows, conferences, Bunnings spring launch, Bunnings Expo).
Provide insights and feedback for the strategic account direction.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising & Marketing to deliver BLG’s & planograms, tool holders, and point of sale product launches.
Develop and maintain positive and collaborative long-term relationships with accounts.
About you
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing large-scale customers, sales experience and exposure to product management would also be beneficial.
Strong business and customer relationships within the hardware, retail (big box) or similar industry.
Demonstrate strong data and financial literacy and a proven ability to deliver winning strategies from conception to execution.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Demonstrates a high degree of stakeholder management and presenting both internally and externally.
A successful track record in negotiating successful outcomes and issue resolution.
