To bring this vision to life, we have new and exciting opportunities across the Design & Construction team. Presently we are seeking a Design & Construction Systems & Capability Manager to join the Scentre Group. Based in our support office above Westfield Sydney, this role will report into the National Services Manager.

 

A snapshot of your role

 

The role supports the D&C leadership team by leading the D&C digital transformation implementation; developing & managing our competency, capability & training framework; managing and maintaining the D&C IMS and auditing our systems for compliance

 

Manage the implementation of our digital transformation roadmap across all key core business functions.

Develop and maintain a people capability competency, assessment & training framework

Lead, develop and champion a consistent approach to a D&C learning program

Assist SME’s Managers to ensure competency assessments & training needs analysis are progressing as planned across each D&C business unit

Implement audit plan for all D&C systems

Continually review our systems & procedures with D&C SME’s to ensure they remain contemporary

The ongoing management of D&C systems & processes, including the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Manage and Chair the Systems Management Group

Obtain and maintain SDC group licences, certifications, accreditations and memberships as required by the business (eg ISO [IMS], FSC, Builders licences, design practitioners’ etc)

Provide regular reporting on progress and compliance with our digital transformation/systems and our people capability framework and training plans

Identify any gaps, impediments and solutions in the D&C structure to facilitate the role purpose and its responsibilities

Industry Skills, Knowledge and Experience

 

Previous experience in leading and aligning teams to deliver results

Innovates & communicates strategic long term thinking

You will be well organised, able to manage multiple stakeholder requirements

Proven capability in problem solving, simplifying the complex and orchestrating change management

Experienced in the delivery and implantation of Digital Systems

Instructional design – art & science of writing training modules

Ability to conceptualise how technology can enhance the D&C deliverables
