YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be responsible for the positioning of service line packages consisting of multiple clinical applications as part of the Calantic brand offering and be responsible for the brand
management of individual clinical AI applications - Align value proposition and brand strategy of service line offerings with global Calantic brand plan as well as w ork with medical affairs, thought-leaders, product management
and AI model providers to crystallize key customer benefits and impact on patient outcomes - Collaborate with Bayer Pharma TA project teams, in cross pharma projects on AI solutions for radiology and c ollaborate with AI-application companies, Represented on the
Bayer Digital Solutions Platform as well as align value proposition and marketing claims - Plan and manage budget relating to marketing activities and support the Head of Brand Management Digital in budget allocation
- Align content development with Calantic campaigns and holistic disease-oriented portfolio campaigns across radiology business and supports transition towards automated
in-bound marketing - Contribute to global communication strategy and campaigns, reflect software as a service SaaS business model and cover digital marketing channels
- Lead more complex aspects of global projects and adapt brand / product to critical industry trends and competitive activity
- Contribute to the development and execution of the congress strategy
WHO YOU ARE
- Master’s degree in medical, science, business or Comparable with l ong-term experience in healthcare industry as well as several years of experience in medical device preferably
software as a service (SaaS) companies (business to business) in a global or regional marketing role - Proven brand management experience delivering brand plans and marketing campaigns and related content as well as experience with radiology / cardiology or medical device
products - Successful track record in HIT, especially in radiology, with understanding of SaaS marketing preferred
- Understanding to radiology workflow and exposure to managing Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning based products is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication and displaying interpersonal skills and the ability to drive measurable outcomes with virtual teams
- Proven business acumen and the ability to work in a large international company with a matrix organization
- Willing to travel internationally to global meetings and international congresses
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
