We are looking for a visual content creator/multimedia graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand multimedia / digital content graphics.
As a multimedia graphic designer/visual content creator, you will be responsible for defining requirements, visualizing and creating digital content and graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, internal communications, external communications, branding and more.
Your multimedia graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design and produce multimedia and graphics to support key product initiatives for sales and marketing including traditional ads, digital/web, social media, email campaigns, website, landing pages, trade shows/events, internal and external communications and other marketing collateral for a variety of audiences (customers, investors, employees, etc.)
- Develop compelling presentations in PPT
- Create social media content for a variety of audiences and platforms (Weibo, FB, LI, Twitter)
- Utilize creative design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with the broader Marcom team to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements
- Proven graphic design experience
- A strong multimedia portfolio of creative content including illustrations or other graphics
- Highly proficient with design software and technologies (including Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Acrobat DC, Dreamweaver)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
- 5-7 years relevant experience
