ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – EXPORT

Brief Description:

This position is an Administrative Assistant in our Export Group to assist with documentation and various country requriments.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and filing.
  • Answer telephone and process phone messages.
  • Verify customer P.O. and settlements.
  • Generate and maintain reports using Excel.
  • Write contracts and change orders using J. D. Edwards & SAI.
  • Review invoices, checks and pricing folders.
  • Assist internal and external customers with issues that may arise.
  • Process cash adjustments and maintain samples.
  • Prepare presentations using PowerPoint.
  • All other tasks as assigned.

Experience/Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, J.D. Edwards and SAI.
  • Previous office administration experience.
