Social Media Executive

Invesco EMEA serves a breadth of clients including financial advisors, pension funds, and insurers. Marketing seeks to connect client needs with our capabilities by creating effective, accountable, multi-channel communications which educate, inspire and support our clients.

The Role

The purpose of the Social Media Executive is to combine marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance IVZ social media presence.

The challenge will be to delight our clients through social media, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.

You will be responsible for;

  • Working with the Head of Social Media, country, campaign & content teams to develop social media campaigns and strategies
  • Working alongside creative and design teams to promote best practise for creative assets across paid and organic social media content, ensuring brand consistency
  • Partnering with activity owners on content ideation & publication and implementation schedules, including budget planning
  • Keeping up to date with new platforms, tools, developments and initiatives & provide training & guidance to sales & marketing team members on capabilities
  • Analysing performance and research data to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Auditing and evaluate accounts, content and advertising to ensure consistent best practise

The skills and experience you’ll bring 
You will:

  • Have proven social media marketing experience, including management and execution of both paid campaigns and organic social media feeds
  • Have experience with B2B marketing campaigns/activities preferred
  • Show an understanding of social media selling
  • Bring experience with invoice management
  • Have experience with reporting and providing insights
  • Be experienced with stakeholder management
  • Experience with planning and understanding of campaign briefs/plans
  • Come from an agency background
