The EMEA RFP team delivers the best of Invesco’s global investment and servicing proposition to institutional and retail clients by supporting distribution and marketing content servicing needs.
Your Role
The purpose of the RFP Specialist is to support and coordinate responses to RFP client servicing requests.
You will be responsible for
- Leading the completion of new business and client servicing questionnaires within EMEA and the broader global organisation
- Developing strong relationships with sales contacts to produce client focused RFP responses
- Developing client focused investment and firm RFP content in accordance with the EMEA RFP team’s coordination an content processes
- Supporting client and internal information requests,
- Maintaining strong investment knowledge and a credible understanding of different asset classes and capabilities offered by the firm
The skills and experience you’ll bring
You will:
- Typically, have experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a RFP or investment/marketing communications or client service position
- Have strong general IT skills
- Experience with RFP software and databases is a plus
- Have an excellent command of English and a strong eye for detail is required.
- Knowledge of German or Italian language
