Senior Sales Operations Analyst

The Sr. Sales Operation Analyst within Skyworks Defense & Space (SDS) group will be responsible for providing sales support in Aerospace, Defense, Extreme Industrial, Hi-Rel and Medical market segments, to increase sales for its product portfolio of RFICs, RF Diodes, and Optoelectronics.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre and post-sales support by acting as a single point of contact for
    • Catalog and Special Products Quotation
    • Quote tracking and customer follow up
    • Quote Report
    • PO review, PO acknowledgement and follow up communication
  • Monitor and track SDS bookings and revenue via weekly reporting
  • Perform cost analysis and track gross margins
  • Participate in pricing strategies including long term agreements
  • Initiate, develop and nurture effective relationships with customers
    • Understand their need/requirement, and guide them to deploy solutions from the SDS product portfolio
  • Initiate, establish and maintain business relationships with external and internal stake holders including engineering, operations and QA.
  • Drive engagement with SDS reps and sales channels to foster vibrant sales activities
  • Perform demand and forecast analysis including contribution to
    • Weekly Forecast Updates
    • Quarterly and Annual Operating Plan
    • Financial analysis as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be:
    • A US Citizen or US Green Card holder
    • Fluent in Excel and PPT
    • Having Exceptional Analytical and Interpersonal skills
    • Well Organized and Multi-Tasker
