An individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software.
A successful candidate must have an Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or 3–5-year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Only qualified candidates, with previous administrative and secretarial experience should apply. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday 8-5 pm. Applicant must be available to work overtime, as needed. Must be flexible with assisting all Amata Law Office Suites as needed.
The pay range will be $32K-34K based on experience, with the opportunity to develop into a salaried career with benefits.
