In your role as a Driver of a Front End Loader with Backhoe, you will
- Comprehend railroad track equipment and transportation operations of driving/loading equipment duties 24/7.
- Knowledge of railroad operations and transportation
- Ensure customer satisfaction and operations excellence
- Maintain and develop safety culture required by the organization
- Competently communicate with the Transloading Manager and supervisors the relevant information needed to meet key objectives
- Adept in the operations of the sample pot, flare, propane/butane assembly, and month ending procedures
- Daily inspections and monitoring of the tank area, barn, flair, fire suppression bldg., propane area, and load-out building recognizing, and reporting of deficiencies, shortcomings, and safety issues
- Other duties which are deemed critical and necessary to operations as assigned.
This position is considered a “regulated service” position by the Federal Railway Administration (FRA) and subject to alcohol and drug testing under Federal regulations. Current Federal regulations prohibited the following controlled substances.
Qualifications
- Experience operating various railroad equipment loaders, backhoe, skid steer – prefer Grapple truck experience
- Valid CDL A driver license with satisfactory Motor Vehicle record.Must be available to work all shifts. Days, nights and weekends and travel.
- Ability to obtain security passes for various government facilities
- Must pass background check, DOT drug test and pre-employment physical
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Highly motivated
