P&O(HR) Project Manager

Flexible Location

This role will be managing the people and organizational aspects of major change project is critical for effective change management. The P&O Project Manager for PN US will play a critical role in managing the change management for P&O 2.O across the full enterprise. To deliver and embed the next step in the P&O operating model, this role is critical to successfully being able to execute this next phase across all functions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field
  • Understanding of MARS Inc and/or MARS Pet Nutrition Business Model preferred
  • Certified Change Management practitioner preferred
  • Prior people change experience with Mars transformations highly preferred
  • NA P&O experience preferred
  • P&O Business Partner experience preferred
  • Business Operations experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all escalations and resolutions regarding post go-live policies, practices, and issues related to people (and co-lead with P&O(HR) co-pilots)
  • Manage North America interfaces with P&O Centers of Expertise (Rewards, My P&O, OD and Change teams) to ensure seamless interface through implementation
  • Change Manage and execute removal of low value added work from Business Partners into myP&O to support automation and/or re-contracting on how the work is completed
  • Facilitate the change management of the new ways of working between functions, across Canada and US, and between functions and co-located global resources
  • Support & Execute digitalization required of manual dashboards and tracking of NA PuP Strategy
  • Ensure organization data remains transparent and viable through our systems and are reported at a regular frequency.
