Established in 1998, DXC Red Rock provides a complete service continuum around the Oracle stack and employs over 650 Oracle professionals across Australia and New Zealand.

We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Admin resource who can work independently on installations, environment management, project / code migrations, and general infrastructure work within the PeopleSoft domain.  Must be NV1 cleared and ideally Canberra based.

Summary of skills/experience:

  • Installation of PeopleSoft on both Windows and Linux platform.
  • Configuration of application server, web server, process scheduler.
  • Administration of PeopleSoft application, IB messaging etc.
  • Applying bundles, Tax updates, rules and non-rules packages and patches to the PeopleSoft application
  • Routine health check of the instances.
  • Migrating PeopleSoft objects across multiple environments.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft application and PeopleTools upgrade using PUM images.
  • Experience in applying Oracle CPUs including Tuxedo and WebLogic.
  • SSL certificates implementation in PeopleSoft  .
  • Exposure to SSO/LDAP configuration and setup within PeopleSoft.
  • COBOL compilation and compiler installation experience.

Mandatory requirements

  • Australian citizen
  • NV1 Security clearance

Technical Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with implementations and upgrades with admininstration in a Peoplesoft environment
  • Strong skills in administering PS Admin databases, data recovery, performance monitoring and tuning, and patching
  • Proficient in optimizing PS Admin environments;
  • Managed services experience;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
