In this role you will be leading and overseeing the activities of a talented team, responsible for project Management of mixed-signal IP projects.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of management tasks both at Project and Program level and will also be directly involved on driving standardization flows/processes related with Project Management.
Specific responsibilities will include driving initiatives, priority-setting, tracking and following through on projects, enabling communication and cohesion across multi-site teams, other managers, and upper management. Building working relationship with cross-functional teams and customers will also be part of this role.
Job Requirements
- Requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent)
- Post-graduate degree is desirable with 10+ years of management experiences
- Familiarity with integrated circuit design and design verification
- Familiarity with the development process for ASIC designs
- Familiarity with Project Management and Planning tasks
- Familiarity with JAMA and JIRA
- Familiarity with UNIX operating systems
- Familiarity with MS Project and MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
