- As a prime responsibility incumbent will be to contribute to Salesforce Service Cloud Reporting.
- The incumbent will be required to publish various reports/dashboards/BFTs for the Global Services Business within stipulated TAT.
- The incumbent will be required to prepare these reports using various data extracting tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud/Incorta/Micro Strategy/Spotfire/Power BI etc.
- The incumbent is supposed to work on reports using platforms like Siebel, oracle, service cloud etc.
- The incumbent is required to engage cross-functionally and contribute to key programs such as BI transformation & reporting centralization.
- The incumbent will have important role to drive reporting changes under Siebel Replacement Program (LEBEIS).
- Good understanding of Data analytics and data synthesis is a must.
- Strong communication skills to work with global partners.
- Making sure KPIs are met and participate in review meetings with partners.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus typically > 3 years of relevant experience
- Hands on experience in one or more of Business Intelligence tools like Incorta, Spotfire, Mircro strategy, Power BI etc.
- Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Reporting.
- Experience in customer focus operational organizations
- Experience in data visualization and analytics preferably from a supply chain environment
- Experience in working with a global diversified team in a remote environment
- Lean & Green belt project certification will be preferred
