Job description:
As a Client Service Consultant, you will provide an exceptional customer experience and maximise sales and retention opportunities by identifying customer needs. In addition, you will live our purpose by providing certainty to every customer by being there for them when they need us.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide quality customer service
• Responded to client queries relating to accounts, amendments, adjustments, and modifications to insurance policies
• Ensure availability to manage telephone and other customer queries at scheduled times
• Support achievements of the team and IAG’s objectives by demonstrating IAG’s core behaviours
Skills & Experience
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
• Experience or equivalent client service or customer service role
• Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not essential)
• Excellent telephone etiquette skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
