Working collaboratively with the Victorian Government and the CPB Contractors John Holland Joint Venture, Transurban is delivering the $6.7 billion West Gate Tunnel Project (WGTP). It will provide drivers with a much-needed alternative to the West Gate Bridge and additional lanes and smart technology on Melbourne’s critical M1 corridor.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in ensuring that schedules and plans run like clockwork. This is key a role within the West Gate Tunnel Project (WGTP), as you’ll be daily supporting the Project Director. From diary and inbox management through to expense and record keeping, the Team Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the overall smooth and efficient running of the WGTP.
The impact you’ll have:
Orchestrate the schedules, meetings, and events for the Project Director.
Liaise with a variety of key contacts both within and external to Transurban to provide a first-class experience.
Ensure expenses and other financial requirements are managed effectively and in accordance with company policy.
You’ll draw on your coordination and administration experience to continuously improve and streamline processes and workflows.
Management of the Transurban facilities such as Technology, service provides and supplies for the WGTP office.

Exceptional administrative and organisational abilities coupled with the confidence to engage and manage a wide variety of stakeholders.
Proven experience supporting business leaders with day-to-day organisation, scheduling, planning, and other ad hoc duties as required within a fast-paced and commercial environment.
A keen eye for detail.
Any exposure or experience working within construction or infrastructure is a bonus and if not, a keen interest in the industry is preferred.
Professional level experience with Microsoft Office and other key office management software.
