Job Description
Experience in leading technical teams in an Agile environment is required, Scrum master certification desirable.
To closely work with business teams to understand and document the business requirements. Liaise with the technology team to come up with solutions to meet business needs.
To provide development leadership based on in-depth product and techno-functional knowledge in eCommerce, digital, and mobile technologies.
To create and oversee project schedules; ensure timely completion through all phases; take lead on quality and compliances to enterprise standards.
To work as an integral part of a technically diversified team that consists of developers, architects, and QAs to ensure that agile stories being played support the release plan defined by the product teams and are delivered with high quality to businesses.
To Lead and engage in internal and external communications regarding all aspects of the project, including technical discussions.
Experience in Conducting Discovery Workshops, Scoping, and Estimating, Project Planning and Execution, Business Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, etc.,
As a Scrum master, leading all agile ceremonies including daily standups, iteration planning, story huddles, retrospectives and creation of velocity, burn-up charts, defect density, etc.,
Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal communication skills, time management, with a proven ability to do this at a management level internally and externally.
Good to have experience in digital marketing implementations for eCommerce & digital projects.
Profile Description
Graduate or Post Graduate in B.E/B.Tech or equivalent field, OR a combination of relevant education and experience
10 to 12 years of strong, professional experience with about a minimum of 2-3 years in Project Management
Should have strong domain expertise and in-depth knowledge in building and delivering digital applications
Should have good consulting experience in various implementation and rollout projects with project management experience
Knowledge of Agile implementation methodologies is a must
Should demonstrate good managerial and problem-solving skills
Should possess good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
