What we need:
Mohawk is looking for a Solutions Support Specialist to instill customer loyalty by ensuring that product recipients in our Commercial segment receive superior support. This position will be responsible for a range of duties related to company processing standards including quoting, estimating, pricing administration, and ensuring that documented procedures are followed.
What you’ll do:
- Research pricing and conduct reports and audits to verify transactions and processing accuracy
- Provide top-tier customer service by working closely with customers on their quotes and orders
- Work closely with sales force regarding their orders and any issues they may come across
- Handle record keeping for past and current requests and projects
- Participate in projects and perform other duties as required
What you have:
- Three to six months clerical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Background in hospitality, SOC, pre-order support, or critique experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated knowledge of printing and tufting procedures

- Communicating effectivel with a wide range of individuals in written, oral, and interpersonal form
- Driving optimization and results through analytical and planning skills

- Having a keen eye for detail to be able to catch potential issues before they arise
