What we need:
Mohawk is looking for a Recruiting Manager – High School and Technical who will work closely with Human Resources, Operations, high schools, military and other external resources to develop and implement a talent pipeline for future Mohawk workforce.
We need someone who thrives on connection, community, collaboration and – most importantly – on building the foundation for what’s next.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, implement and maintain a robust talent pipeline strategy for Mohawk’s largest business segment
- Partner with business, HR and talent management leaders to identify recruiting needs for the front-line workforce
- Build relationships with external stakeholders as well as engage in planning and coordinating with Sr. Director of Talent Management to establish Mohawk as the employer of choice
- Keep abreast of trends, technologies and changes impacting talent pipeline recruitment including social media and online recruiting
- Research, develop, implement and measure innovative talent attraction and employer branding strategies using social, digital and mobile media
- Evaluate employee survey data, job market conditions, industry needs, and competitor data and adjust strategies as needed
What you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Three years in recruiting, talent management, or related field preferred
