The Senior Consultant is a senior level problem solver, who can independently drive meaningful conversations with all levels (executive to project level) of client stakeholders. They can extract the required information and artefacts to guide clients to thoughtful and pragmatic business decisions that will accelerate towards their CRE goals. As the lead consultant on client engagements, the Senior Consultant must have strong technical knowledge and experience, along with program management skills to drive results.
Responsibilities:

Leading and/or actively engaged in client projects

Very knowledgeable in CRE technologies and the ability to develop a technology strategy and deploy/deliver/implement those strategies

Responsible for quality and timely delivery of all stated deliverables agreed in Statement of Work (SoW)

Effectively manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, and issues
-
Maintain project schedule and financial forecast transparently, accurately and within stated JLLT deadlines

Create tangible deliverables as outlined in the SoW, and/or provide oversight for others performing this work

Ability to create client specific deliverables efficiently, while leveraging existing templates and best practices without jeopardizing project profitability

Ability to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

Ability to create actionable CRE strategic technology and/or smart building roadmaps and formally present to executive stakeholders

Understand internal stakeholders and intersections between groups. Ability to build relationships and leverage delivery organizations as initial consulting engagements shift into implementation.

Contribute to the development of products and services for practice areas that are of commercial value to our clients

Ability to create new or improve existing client materials for re-use and deliverable excellence

Support sales process regarding marketing baseline, proof points, case studies, pricing and outlining delivery model, and white papers

This is an individual contributor with no direct staff but is expected to partner and build cross-functional teams in order to deliver client projects.

Requirements:

Must have 10+ years of overall work experience in the technology sector

5+ years of experience in strategic technology consulting with a reputable consulting firm
-
Strong IT, Smart Buildings, IoT, and CRE background

Leading project teams

Proven track record of successful complex projects

Excellent communication skills, both technical language and business acumen

Excellent report/business writing skills

Excellent presentation creation and delivery

Wide knowledge base across CRE and Smart Buildings with in-depth (expert) knowledge in some areas (more than 1)
