About the Role
An opportunity to join an inclusive team, based in Heathrow. The role involves a variety of activities such as conducting viewings, actively marketing office accommodation, liaising with marketing consultants on the production of marketing material, preparing for marketing meetings and assisting with providing strategic advice to clients. This is a largely client-facing role where you will have the opportunity to be involved in transactions from start to finish.
What this job involves
- Understanding the dynamics of our market
- Researching and reporting on our market to clients
- Giving strategic landlord and client advice, implementing transactions
- Writing business proposals independently-.
- Autonomous customer relationship management for existing clients
- Identification of new business opportunities
- Supporting team members in large mandates
Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
- RICs certification (with appropriate experience in a similar role)
- Good understanding of JLL’s business challenges and those of its clients in today’s market
- Good legal knowledge of commercial leases, cash flow management and an understanding on the technical operating principles of buildings.
- Strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
- Excellent organisational skills – prioritising and working to deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
