Team Overview
Working within our Accounts Payable department you will be part of a diverse team that supports and delivers a professional, customer focused experience for our suppliers / service partners enabling the continuity of service for Tenants and Clients. The Accounts Payable Team sits within our core Client Financial Services (CFS) department providing operational functionalities and has 5 key aims; To pay all suppliers within 30 days, to manage supplier debt and minimise potential risks, to provide a first class customer service to all our stakeholders, to accurately and promptly resolve any supplier journey hold ups (processing, queries & payments) and to provide insight, assistance and resolution to aged debt.
Your responsibilities will involve:
- To analyse and process all supplier documents ready for approval and payment.
- To promptly deal with all queries relating to the supplier journey.
- To be part of supplier engagement meetings and debt management reviews.
- To manage stakeholder expectations and delivery of client Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- To minimise and advertently reduce risk by urgently dealing with reminders/final reminders, late payments, summons or bailiff actions.
- To be part of activities supporting other operational and finance teams withing JLL.
- To contribute to JLL one team performance, by optimising and feeding back to line management on areas of improvements.
- To understand RICS, Compliance, ISAE and Quality & Assurance to support and deliver our control environment and best practices.
- To provide support, training and development to peers.
- To occasionally be required to provide departmental reporting and updates.
- To occasionally be required to take part in projects.
- To manage all housekeeping both within individual and team functions.
