What this job involves
- Provide inspirational leadership to your team, including Lead FM’s, FM’s and Work Stream leads and be responsible for employee engagement across the UK team through regular communication, coaching, development opportunities and leading by example.
- Be responsible for the P&L and overall performance delivery of the UK managing the performance and output of the FM teams in line with contractual KPI’s and SKPI’s,
- Working with the account leadership team and clients, assist in developing the strategy for the UK portfolio understanding the long-term strategy to build small project pipeline
- Working with our real estate partner, agree the lease strategy of properties determined by building conditions
- Ensure that the vision and strategy is clearly communicated and understood by the team.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships at all levels, ensuring regular and structured meetings with key stakeholders, be the main point of contact for all operations.
- Be an advocate of the JLL Customer Experience Academy, collaborate with clients, customers and employees to seek feedback on services and explore suggestions for improvements, sharing ideas with, and working with, the CRE team on feasibility and implementation
- Own and deliver Energy & Sustainability targets across the portfolio including Energy reduction and working with the environmental teams to raise awareness and ensure optimum recycling for all sites.
- Be responsible for your own Health and Safety and that of your teams.
Desired skills and experience for this job
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record of leading teams within a fast-paced service delivery environment, with the acumen to manage performance of the delivery team
- Experienced in client relationship management
- Able to demonstrate previous experience of identifying and improving customer experience through collaboration with key stakeholders
- Experience in managing a P&L and budgets through financial analysis skills
- The ability to learn technical skills quickly and at the right level to lead a team of technical experts
- Able to bring clarity, perspective, and oversight to account teams
- Able to demonstrate strong presentation, interaction and written & verbal communication skills with a wide range of clients and stakeholders
- Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems
- Experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
- Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
