Role Purpose
Based in France / Spain / Poland, your role will be to deliver learning & development initiatives for the Work Dynamics EMEA business and broader JLL Talent strategy with specific attention to the Tetris account. You will effectively design and embed talent development and engagement strategies that help drive the commercial performance of the business, working closely with the broader EMEA Learning & Development community and HR Business Partners.

You’ll be delivering content and programs in local language with the potential to deliver additional programing at regional and global levels in English

Bringing Local Training Programs to Life

You’ll be developing learning at a rapid pace

You’ll be helping create new programs for managers, leaders, and employees

You’ll be at the forefront of helping our leaders upskill our employees to help us be successful not only today but into tomorrow

You’ll be using your creative energy to think about training programs from a practical and global perspective – making them accessible to a broad employee base

You’ll be able to demonstrates best-in-class blended learning approaches to leverage global LMS in the learner experience

You must leverage workforce analytics report cards to draw connections and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations
Be a Pro at Connecting and Collaborating

You’ll be able to connect with stakeholders and SMEs from a variety of backgrounds and training experience-levels

You’ll serve as an L&D expert, sharing best practices and utilizing available content, resources, and technology to meet business needs

Experience working in large, matrixed, global organizations

Strategic and operational expertise in designing, implementing and enhancing learning & development initiatives for all levels of employees

Strong written and verbal English grammar, spelling, punctuation, usage & pronunciation

Knowledge & application of adult learning theory

A personal drive to lead, marshal and coordinate resources across multiple teams on complex projects and comfort working in a highly-matrixed and agile environment

Comfort, confidence and humility in dealing with management/leadership at all levels

Curiosity to understand the multiple dimensions of organizational challenges and opportunities, plus an ability to think very independently with a high degree of self-motivation
