We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor, Reliability Services Data Management. This position is located at our Lake Charles Chemical Complex.

Purpose of Job
Develops, implements, and maintains the data management systems necessary to collect, analyze, and distribute the vast amounts and types of data that is generated by the Reliability Services and Maintenance organizations. Present the data in a way that it can be used to effectively and efficiently deliver a result driven Reliability Centered Culture.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage all aspects of SAP Plant Maintenance
- Support the MOC process by ensuring that equipment data is kept evergreen in SAP
- Establish, maintain, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators identified by the Reliability Services Management team
- Establish, maintain, audit, and communicate Data Management work processes to ensure that appropriate and accurate information is being collected to support the Reliability Services department objectives
- Serve as the SME for Data Management integration in Reliability/Maintenance Work Processes
- Work directly with IM stakeholders to set up and maintain all functions of GE APM and SAP PM to obtain the desired results
- Support Reliability Services team to digitize and automate time and labor-intensive functions
Formal Education
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Working Experience
- 7+ years of Maintenance & Reliability Master Data Management experience required
- 3+ years supervisor experience managing direct reports required
- SAP PM experience or equivalent plant maintenance software
- GE APM experience preferred
