What we’re looking for:

As the Marketing Programmes Manager, you provide the coordination and execution of Citrix field marketing activities across the UK & Ireland.

Position Summary:

The primary goal is to help develop and execute the integrated marketing plan. The plan will support achieving the pipeline and bookings targets in the assigned region; influencing both direct and channel marketing initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager for UKI to ensure delivery of an integrated strategy and plan
  • Management of both direct field and channel led marketing initiatives including online/offline events, digital tactics, telemarketing, integrated programs and 1:Many ABM.
  • Establish and strengthen strong relationships with Citrix local sales and services teams
  • Co-manage marketing budget and funds allocation
  • Execute against Citrix’s EMEA and Corporate marketing messaging, whilst also integrating the needs of local market conditions and the Country go-to-market sales and services strategy.
  • Develop, manage and maintain relationships with all relevant vendors/agencies related to executing regional marketing programmes
  • Liaise with EMEA Marketing teams to use global tools and resources.
  • Localise EMEA and Corporate programs, tools, and resources to maximise effectiveness in local markets
  • Track program results, measure success, and report meaningful metrics reflecting true value and facilitate future marketing investment decisions
  • Achieve quarterly pipeline generation targets, drive YoY Growth and meet critical metric and MBO targets as set for the role on a quarterly basis

Experience (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Understanding and ability to fulfil all marketing functions including marketing communications, integrated demand generation marketing programs, events, messaging, research and analysis.
  • Previous experience of demand generation essential
  • Demonstrable marketing experience or equivalent in the respective area.
  • An understanding of IT industry trends, issues and concepts.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with a variety of organisations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
  • Oral and written fluency in English.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills with ability to write marketing comms and proofread
  • Previous experience of demand generation with/through the channel is desirable
  • Previous experience of ABM is desirable

Basic Requirements:

  • BS degree required or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in marketing: managing and delivering marketing projects and budgets
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Salesforce.com experience
