Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements for each open position and contribute to the creation of strategies to hire talent.
- Participate in projects and implement new ideas to drive hiring at scale, and fast!
- Develop traditional and non-traditional hiring plans to build an ongoing candidate pipeline for both current and future job requisitions.
- Solve problems and produce solutions through the use of data.
- Plan and execute creative recruiting events that attract top technical talent.
- Have passion for what you do.
- Ability to deliver the goods, a.k.a CLOSE!
Requirements:
- Citrix experience preferred; knowledge of our products and systems
- Experience in high volume Digital Sales Sourcing and Hiring
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent
- Persistent energy
- Collaborative spirit
- Ability to prove you are enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, tactical, strategic and have a “I just want to get things done” attitude.
- Sales or cold calling experience highly desirable.
