Job Description
As an Integrated Technologies Consultant II, you will, maintain client relationships, and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations. You will consult with clients on technical architecture decisions, and guide clients through interdependencies and decision impacts. You will provide device integration oversight and expertise to stakeholders. You will develop and lead deployment strategies for client hardware and software installations, device integrations, and services. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose enhancements to workflow efficiencies, and device integration and client relationship strategies. You will perform complex technical troubleshooting and issue resolution and escalate as appropriate
